All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (contact@botter.store).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer tracked shipping to ensure you can monitor your order's journey to your doorstep.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days (depending on your location and customs processing).

  • Delivery Area: We primarily ship to France and select international destinations.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics, weather, or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BOTTER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

BOTTER is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping details at checkout. If we notice an error, we will attempt to contact you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the information before shipping.
