Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by BOTTER, all orders placed by you, and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on botter.store.

1. Scope and Agreement

By placing an order on botter.store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms of Sale in full. These terms are governed by French law, specifically the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

2. Products and Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspicion of fraud). Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

• Taxes: Prices include VAT where applicable under French law.

• Payments: We accept payments via Shopify Payments (including major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout).

• Security: All transactions are encrypted and secure. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized in connection with any purchase.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, you must notify us at contact@botter.store. You must return the products in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

5. Legal Guarantees

As a consumer in France, you benefit from:

• The Legal Guarantee of Conformity: (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code).

• The Guarantee Against Hidden Defects: (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). If a product is defective or non-compliant, please contact us at contact@botter.store to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address indicated during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimates. BOTTER shall not be held liable for delayed delivery due to events beyond our control (logistics strikes, customs delays, etc.).

7. Retention of Title

The products remain the property of BOTTER until full payment of the price has been received.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@botter.store to find an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, you have the right to contact a consumer mediator. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
